Lose weight from Home

Day 2~: Water 2 glasses to start your day. A bannana to keep you energised. But before do some push ups or press ups ect (floor exercises or yoga),. Work or whatever get home eat pasta. 1 hour after 30 min workout! Get the nintendo wii price will be cut down as the new console is coming out and get exercise dvds. Pr just stick with orbi treck. Or one day just go for a run!

How To Lose Weight

Day 1: Wake up and exercise for about 10 minutes. I recomend using step Reebok or orbitreck.   This will keep you active through the day and will keep you sweating so your body will shed the pounds. For breakfast have a smoothie full of all fruits and goodness. Or have a boiled egg or two this will give you protein and energy. If you have work come home relax then do some press ups and don't work to hard.
